The Pavilion Downtown Dubai

The Pavilion is our newest hangout. It's a breath of fresh air--somewhere new & exciting, and not too far from our house. (See link above for a description.)

We have spent some nice time outside there in the grass-we'll have to enjoy that part while the weather permits!

Our friends Andrew and Wendy sent Henry an amazing new blanket with the Chinese Zodiac on it--it is so cute! Here is Henry with his new blanket.

Farmers Market at Souk al Bahar

Last weekend we went to check out the Farmers Market at Souk al Bahar. Organic, locally-grown produce. It wasn't a "market"--just a few stalls--but it was pretty cool. We picked up a few veggies for ourselves and a few to also make into baby food for Henry.

Ready for baseball season!

Henry and Ryan go to Jumeirah Beach Park

Henry's friend Ryan was visiting from London last week so we took him (and his parents!) to the beach. (Ryan is a month and 10 days older.) It was still a little cold to swim, but we went and hung out for awhile in our new beach tent.
